What if my product arrives damaged?

When your order is delivered, take a moment to look over the packaging. If you notice dents, tears, or any sign of mishandling—even if it’s just the outer box—be sure to note it on the delivery paperwork. If you can’t check the contents on the spot but something seems off, marking “suspected damage” on the receipt is recommended.

Should your item arrive with actual damage, send us clear photos at support@toughbuiltgarage.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly—typically within 24-48 hours.
